Saturday Music Playlist

Music is a huge part of my creative process, whether it is grooving in the car thinking up new ideas or playing the same songs over and over to catch a mood for a particular scene. Sometimes I obsess on a song for weeks at a time. With time being such a precious commodity, music shortcuts the time for me to get in “the writing zone.”

I’ll be updating my playlist on Saturdays.

February 08, 2014

Obsessing on “Your Body is a Weapon” by The Wombats
“Thunder Clatter” by Wild Cub is on my playlist
Listening to “Anybody” by Bad Things
Just added Phantogram’s “Fall in Love”
“Come a Little Closer” by Coasts is also on the playlist
Enjoying “Sleeping with a Friend” by Neon Trees too!

Love comes in all shapes and sizes. Just getting a head start on the Hallmark card holiday with a part one of two list about love, love, love.

Welcome back from the land of digital purgatory. I prefer the usual movie scores, trailer music and any music has dark tones to it.

Thanks! The music keeps playing whether or not I’m here. Most of the time it is probably Robyn’s “Dancing on my Own.”
